Updating my review as of 11/14/25; Looks like it has new owners and recently remodeled. Convenient location on hwy 60 with many amenities nearby such as convince store, restaurants, and grocery stores. Quiet courtyard thanks to the building layout. Would be nice if the pool was rebuilt or they replaced it with a bbq area or something but that's a negligible complaint.
I stayed 2 nights. From the looks it seems to be shabby, but as I was there, I saw workers cleaning, renovating and restoring rooms. One worker I talked to said the owner is trying very hard to repair the motel. The front office lady was delightful, helpful, and so friendly! I was afraid because of location, that I wouldn't get any rest, but the 2 nights I was there every thing was quiet, saw office lady patrolling, and I even SLEPT IN!! A Lil gem in the making! Not fancy, but I'll be staying again the next time I come to town!!
